Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 16 August 2026
Many Deziyana products are made to order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation is subject to the stage of order processing.
1. Cancellation Before Production
You may request cancellation of your order before production has started.
To request cancellation, contact:
as soon as possible after placing the order.
Please include your order number.
2. Cancellation After Production
Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
This is particularly applicable to:
- Made-to-order products
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Products that have already been dispatched
3. Approved Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved before production begins, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment gateway and/or bank.
4. Customized Products
Customized or personalized products are produced according to the customer’s specifications.
Once production begins, such orders generally cannot be cancelled because they cannot necessarily be resold to another customer.
5. Cancellation Due to Customer Error
An order generally cannot be cancelled after production has begun because of:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect customization information
- Incorrect address
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
6. Cancellation by Deziyana
Deziyana may cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Product availability issues
- Technical or pricing errors
- Payment problems
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect or incomplete order information
- Circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible
If Deziyana cancels an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded.
7. Shipping Charges
The ₹59 flat shipping charge is generally non-refundable for customer-requested cancellations.
