Many products are made to order.

Many Deziyana products are produced after an order is placed.
Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Deziyana currently charges a flat shipping fee of ₹59 per domestic order.

8. Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.
An order may still be cancelled in exceptional circumstances, including:

Because many Deziyana products are made to order, general returns due to change of mind or personal preference are generally not accepted.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrectly fulfilled products may qualify for replacement or refund.
